Mind Body Sound Collective brings together restorative experiences, personalized support, and workplace wellness to help people build resilience, expand their capacity, and create more space for the people and moments that matter most.
Through sound baths, retreats, nervous system health coaching, and workplace wellness, we blend music, mindfulness, creativity, and neuroscience to create experiences that help people feel more grounded, connected, and alive.
Founded by Erica Skone-Rees, the Collective grew from the belief that healing happens more deeply when we feel supported, understood, and connected.

VAGUS NERVE THERAPY

Peace Practice
Peace Practice is an online, live appointment to slow down — a space to ground, regulate, and return to the body’s natural rhythms of rest, digest, and repair.
Each session includes a live, guided practice with gentle meditation, somatic and vagus nerve exercises, grounding, and quiet reflection.
