Mind Body Sound Collective is a Bay Area healing community offering sound, mindfulness, and nervous system support for individuals and groups. We help you move out of survival mode and back into connection using sound, somatic practices, and nervous system education.

Founded by Erica Skone-Rees, the Collective weaves together music as medicine and compassionate guidance to support personal healing and community care.
