Erica is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher and Nervous System Regulation Coach, specializing in stress reduction, embodiment practices, and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP). Shannon is an Intuitive Development Coach and Shamanic Bodyworker, guiding people in deepening their self-awareness, energetic balance, and inner wisdom. Together, they create a welcoming space where you can reconnect with yourself, find steadiness, and cultivate resilience.
